Shipping

October through March: Orders placed on a weekday by 11 AM Central Time are typically shipped within two business days.
 
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday via the selected shipping method.
 
April to September: Preserving the quality of your chocolate is of utmost importance to us. During warm weather months, we ship orders using insulated packaging and gel ice packs and exclusively ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via expedited shipping methods. Orders placed for 2nd-day shipping method on a Wednesday after 11AM Central time will not ship until the following Monday. Overnight shipping method orders placed after 11AM CST on a Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.
 
 Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday via the selected shipping method.
 
 Shipping and handling rates are based on the dollar amount ordered as well as the shipping method preferred. Please continue to checkout for the shipping estimate. To ensure your chocolates arrive in pristine condition, our shipping schedule adjusts for warmer and cooler weather.

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Fannie May does not ship orders to post office boxes.
 
 For each address within the United States, we offer the following shipping options:
 - Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days to receive your items

- FedEx 2-Day Shipping: 1-2 business days to receive your items
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders placed before 11 AM Central Monday through Friday will be delivered the next business day
 
 
 NOTE: Shipments to Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas require 2-Day Expedited Shipping.


You will receive a shipping order confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number to track your order on www.FedEx.com 

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. Additionally, you can track your order status by signing into your account and reviewing your order history or viewing your order status here.

Due to the increase in seasonal ordering and FedEx delays, delivery time may be impacted.

 

Incorrect Addresses

We always ship to the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.


Weather Restrictions

During times of adverse weather conditions e.g. snow, flooding, or unusually hot weather, we reserve the right to delay deliveries depending on the weather conditions in the part of the country the delivery is going to or being transported through.

We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Should our services be affected, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
