If you need to have your gift delivered on a specific date, please use Next Day delivery to guarantee the delivery date. Please check your address information carefully. We gladly accept orders for our men and women serving in the Armed Forces (standard shipping charges still apply). There is no additional fee for shipping to these locations, but please allow at least five weeks transit time for delivery. We do ship international order, although these orders cannot be placed online. The shipping process takes from 4-6 weeks, and there is an additional $14 per pound on the order. To safely ship perishable products we will package each item in a styrofoam container with gel packs. Shipments that contain orders for cheesecake or other perishable items are required to arrive in two business days and can normally only ship Monday thru Wednesday. Perishable items cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside of the continental United States.
Shipments to AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KS, LA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, VT, WA, and WY require a minimum of 2nd Day Air service for delivery of perishable product.
Fannie May® items may be shipped throughout the year. In order to protect your chocolates during shipping we require 2nd Day Air to certain areas of the country. With the added cost of shipping we will include a free insulated container packaged with frozen reusable gel packs that will keep your chocolate cool during transit. We also offer a 100% guarantee, if you experience any problems with your order we will replace your chocolates free of charge.
