Gift Cards

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of, and our obligations with regard to, our gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing or redeeming any of our Gift Cards, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the person who purchased and/or the person who is redeeming our Gift Cards. The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Harry London Candies, Inc., Fannie May Confection Brands, Inc. and their related affiliates.  Gift Cards are issues and administered by Harry London Candies, Inc. ("Issuer").


Gift Cards may be used to purchase products by phone order from Fannie May at 1-800-333-3629 and at our company owned retail store locations of Fannie May and Harry London.  The Gift Card is not valid for use at third party retail or online stores that sell Fannie May or Harry London products.

To use a Gift Card, present at the time of payment, either to the cashier, or to the telephone service agent.  You will also be required to supply the PIN number that came with your Gift Card.  Whenever you use a Gift Card  to make a purchase, you authorize us to deduct the full amount of each purchase including taxes and service or shipping fees from the available funds.  Where the purchase price is in excess of the remaining balance on the Gift Card, the difference must be paid through any payment means accepted at our stores.

The Gift Card is a prepaid payment device that comes with a set dollar value. The maximum that can be on a Gift Card is $200.00  It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The Gift Card has no associated service or dormancy fees and no expiration date. Gift Cards may only be used to purchase products and services and may not be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Gift Cards are not transferable and may not be used for unlawful purposes. For unused Gift Cards, the price paid for the Gift Card can be refunded using the same means of payment used to purchase it. For such refund, the original sales receipt and where appropriate, the payment card and the payment receipt shall be produced.  Gift Cards can be loaded with additional funds.


The Gift Card is a bearer instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Gift Card. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Card, or any Gift Card altered or used without authorization, will not be replaced or replenished.


Gift Cards originally obtained through and unlawful means shall be null and void.  Issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card where Issuer suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently.  The Fannie May stores and Harry London store reserve the right, within their sole discretion, to refuse to accept and process any and all customer orders and to suspend, discontinue, and refuse the use or acceptance of any and all offers, promotions, discounts, including but not limited to, any and all Gift Cards in the event of advertising errors and/or the actual or suspected misuse, fraud or abuse associated with Gift Cards or customer orders.


Issuer reserves the right to change, add, delete to these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without noticed, subject to applicable law. In addition, we may suspend, cancel, add, modify or delete any features offered in connection with any Gift Cards, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
