Made with

Ingredients

  • 2 Fannie May Milk Chocolate Pixies
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbs salted caramel

Equipment

  • Two 6oz ramekins
  • Medium glass bowl
  • Spatula
  • Whisk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 6-ounce ramekins.
  • In a medium glass bowl, place chocolate chips and butter. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds on 50% power level. Stop to stir every 20-30 seconds until melted. Stir to combine.
  • Add sugar, cocoa and salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk until well combined (mixture may look grainy, that’s okay). Add egg and vanilla and whisk vigorously for about 1 minute.
  • Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour just until combined.
  • Transfer batter to prepared ramekins and bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until the edges are set.
  • Serve brownies warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle of caramel and Fannie May Pixies on top for garnish.

Notes

The batter will fill 6-ounce ramekins to the brim. If you have smaller ramekins, divide the batter into three ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
