  • 1 18oz bag Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix
  • 1¼ cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 3 8oz blocks full fat cream cheese; room temperature
  • ¼ cup of sour cream or full fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbs powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter (to grease pan)

  • Stand or hand mixer
  • Spatula
  • 9” Springform pan

Directions

  • Take 2 cups of Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix and grind in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  • Press ground up Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix into the bottom of a 9” springform pan; lightly buttered.
  • Turn oven broiler to high and place the pan under the broiler to “toast” your Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix for approximately 5-10 minutes or until marshmallows start browning. Remove; set aside; and let cool.
  • Use a hand or stand mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar; powdered sugar; and sour cream. Continue to beat the mixture until smooth and lump free. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides to ensure there is no cream cheese collected on the sides and bottom.
  • Add vanilla extract and combine.
  • In a separate bowl; whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Slowly fold the heavy cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the remaining Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix and fold in.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared 9” springform cake pan and smooth out the batter.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours to set.
